Dust control on internal roads

Assessing the challenge

After being contacted by the property manager, Green Ways carried out a technical site inspection to assess the condition of the road surface and identify the most suitable solution for the site.
The assessment revealed that the first priority was to prepare the existing surface by removing irregularities and improving surface water drainage. These preliminary operations are essential to ensure the effectiveness and long-term performance of any dust control treatment.

The SOIL SEMENT® solution

Once the surface had been properly prepared, SOIL SEMENT® was applied. This water-based dust control treatment is specifically designed to stabilise the surface layer of unpaved roads and significantly reduce dust generated by vehicle traffic. The product was carefully diluted with water and applied using the appropriate techniques to ensure uniform penetration and effective surface stabilisation.

The result

A noticeable improvement was evident within hours of the application. The treatment successfully eliminated airborne dust, leaving the internal roads cleaner, more stable and far more pleasant to use.
