The site is characterised by limited space, restricted access and operational constraints that require reliable, highly controllable technical solutions. The client is Impresa Costruzioni Casarotto.<\/p>\n<h2>Project objective<\/h2>\n<p>Construction of cycle\u2013pedestrian routes with a stable, long-lasting paving solution, consistent with the surrounding environment and feasible even under complex logistical conditions.<\/p>\n<h2>Technical solution adopted<\/h2>\n<p>A stabilized pavement was selected, consisting of a 10 cm structural layer of locally sourced stabilized aggregate, using the SOLID PAVE\u00ae stabilizing binder for the stabilization of the 10 cm pavement layer, with an anti-dust and anti-erosion surface finish applied using SOIL SEMENT\u00ae E.F., a high-performance, eco-friendly binder.<\/p>\n<h2>Construction phases<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>On-site mixing of the aggregate with water and SOLID PAVE\u00ae using a mixing bucket<\/li>\n<li>Laying of the material with a paver within previously installed kerbs<\/li>\n<li>Compaction with a 3-tonne roller in multiple passes<\/li>\n<li>Manual surface application of SOIL SEMENT\u00ae E.F.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Operational aspects<\/h2>\n<p>The narrow width of the paths and difficult access conditions required the use of a compact roller with reduced size and weight, as well as manual application of the surface binder using a lance connected to a 1,000-litre tank. This operational approach makes it possible to work effectively even in contexts where architectural barriers and limited surfaces prevent the use of conventional machinery.<\/p>\n<h2>Result<\/h2>\n<p>The finished paving shows high strength and durability, visual uniformity and a solid, consistent surface texture, fully integrated into the surrounding environment.<\/p>\n<p>Because the quality of a paving solution is not measured solely by its surface, but by the precision with which it is designed, built and controlled over time.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_height_percent=&#8221;0&#8243;
