Campiglia Marittima, <strong>CAVE DI CAMPIGLIA S.p.A.<\/strong>, che, non riuscendo pi\u00f9 a contenere la dispersione delle polveri con i sistemi tradizionali, si \u00e8 rivolta a <strong>Green Ways<\/strong> per individuare una soluzione efficace, sostenibile e conforme alle indicazioni di ARPA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dopo un primo sopralluogo tecnico, \u00e8 emersa la necessit\u00e0 di intervenire in modo strutturato sia sulle <strong>superfici in terreno naturale<\/strong> che su quelle <strong>asfaltate<\/strong>, senza interrompere il normale transito dei mezzi pesanti all\u2019interno della cava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span id=\"bppb-heading-anchor-2\"><\/span>Stabilizzazione del suolo e riduzione delle polveri: l\u2019intervento Green Ways<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I tecnici di Green Ways hanno progettato un sistema di applicazione mirato che prevede, per i primi tre giorni, l\u2019utilizzo di <strong>acqua miscelata a SOIL SEMENT\u00ae<\/strong>, un prodotto specifico operativa dei mezzi in transito<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>drastica riduzione delle polveri sollevate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>maggiore durata dell\u2019effetto rispetto all\u2019uso della sola acqua.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la fase di applicazione, il team Green Ways ha affiancato l\u2019azienda, monitorando i risultati e suggerendo alcune migliorie operative per ottimizzare l\u2019efficacia del trattamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nei mesi successivi, la cava di Campiglia ha continuato ad adottare la soluzione proposta, ottenendo benefici concreti: <strong>riduzione significativa del consumo di migliaia di litri d\u2019acqua<\/strong>, maggiore controllo delle emissioni di polveri sottili e pieno rispetto delle prescrizioni ambientali di ARPA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prima e dopo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le immagini documentano chiaramente la differenza tra le superfici prima e dopo il trattamento: dal sollevamento di polveri durante il transito dei mezzi, alla stabilit\u00e0 del suolo ottenuta grazie al sistema Green Ways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prima del trattamento<\/strong>: il transito dei mezzi su terreno naturale e asfalto provoca un evidente sollevamento di polveri, nonostante l\u2019uso continuativo di acqua ed elevato rischio di incidenti causa la poca visibilit\u00e0 (v. foto sottostanti).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
