Stabilization for reinforced soil

Reinforced soils stabilized with GREEN STAB PAVE® provide an eco-friendly, high-performance alternative to traditional concrete retaining walls. By using local soils, even those with poor geotechnical characteristics, it is possible to build structural embankments that are safe, durable and integrated into the landscape. The technique allows the construction of embankments, ramps, embankments and terraces with high inclinations, ensuring stability even under complex conditions.

Unlike lime stabilization, which is often used in reinforced soil projects, GREEN STAB PAVE® allows for quick and safe application, with no dust production and simplified logistics. A liquid emulsion diluted in water is sufficient to treat significant volumes of soil-an approach that dramatically reduces costs, speeds up construction time and meets environmental criteria.

Reinforced soils are retaining structures used for embankments, retaining walls, road embankments and ramps, both in infrastructure and landscaping. Versatile and adaptable, they find application in urban and rural settings, in public and private construction, as well as in major road, rail and hydraulic works.

According to European market data, this is an increasingly popular solution as an alternative to concrete due to the growing focus on sustainable construction practices. Soil reinforcement techniques make it possible to contain large volumes on steep slopes, with reduced visual and environmental impact.
The use of reinforced soil is ideal in hilly or mountainous areas, and is also spreading in Africa, Asia and Latin America because of the possibility of reusing local materials while containing costs. In Italy, they are increasingly chosen for new infrastructure and urban redevelopment projects.

The benefits of our technology.

Poor soils on site can also be reused, avoiding the procurement and transport of quarry material.

Liquid application is quick and easy: it reduces construction time and requires no equipment modifications.

Unlike lime, it does not generate dust during laying, improving healthiness and safety for operators.

It provides mechanical stability, cohesion and durability, even in weak or difficult-to-treat soils.

The product is environmentally friendly and complies with C.A.M. requirements, contributing to the sustainability of the project.

It takes only a few liters of product (e.g., 27 liters versus 29 tons of lime) to treat large volumes of soil, with lower logistical and economic costs.
