Laying guidelines
Laying steps for Green Ways® stabilized soils.
The stabilization of soil using Green Ways® solutions allows for the creation of eco-friendly and high-performance pavements, ensuring excellent wear resistance and reduced dust emissions. Below are general guidelines for proper laying; however, each project must be assessed and verified on-site and in the laboratory by specialized technicians.

On-site soil recovery with milling
- Preliminary test: Laboratory analysis of the existing soil.
- Milling: The soil is processed using a rock crusher or pulvimixer to a depth of up to 15 cm.
- Finish: on a dry surface, the dust-proof and erosion-resistant binder GREEN STAB PAVE® is applied by spraying using a tank equipped with a low-pressure pump and a bar with fan nozzles, positioned 25 cm apart and at a height of 50 cm from the ground, ensuring uniform distribution.

- Mixing and shaping: The milling process continues with additional passes to ensure proper mixing of the aggregate, achieving the correct moisture content and a 2% cross slope.
- Compaction: The treated material is compacted using a roller compactor with a weight of no less than 8 tons.

- Stabilizing application: The product SOIL SEMENT® E.F.PBcEU, diluted in water, is applied using a tank equipped with a low-pressure pump and a bar with fan nozzles (same parameters as the previous phase).
