The project

New roads in Nigeria

Green Ways® was invited to present its technologies to the engineers of the Lagos City Infrastructure Department, during a meeting focused on upgrading rural roads that connect villages to the city.
The goal was to propose an innovative and sustainable method capable of enhancing and reusing everything already available on-site — including old asphalt — thereby avoiding complex and costly removal and disposal operations.

Phases of the intervention:

  • Deep scarification of the soil to reactivate and reuse the existing materials.
  • Spraying of SOLID PAVE®, the stabilizing agent that improves soil cohesion.
  • Amalgamation and mixing of the treated soil to ensure even distribution of the product.
  • Mechanical compaction to achieve a solid and uniform surface.
  • Final spraying of SOIL SEMENT®, which creates a protective, weather-resistant surface layer.

The result
The stabilized soil demonstrated excellent performance:
✔️ Solid surfaces even during heavy rains, free of mud
✔️ Absence of dust during dry and windy periods
