Stabilization of 10,000 m² of greenhouses
When Gruppo Tesi, a leader in the nursery sector, asked us to study the soil destined for a new greenhouse of over 10,000 m², we launched an in-depth analysis applying GREEN WAYS technical solutions. The goal was clear: stabilize the soil and make it ready to withstand heavy loads, while ensuring a sustainable and environmentally respectful intervention.
Soil analysis and defining the perfect formula
The soil was first examined in the laboratory to precisely determine the ideal quantities of GREEN STAB PAVE® and water to use for every square meter. A fundamental calibration to achieve effective and long-lasting stabilization.
Flawless installation, step by step
During the operations, we worked alongside the applicator Cappellini, following every stage:
- milling with tractor-towed machine – 15 cm
- application of GREEN STAB PAVE® using a tank system
- homogeneous mixing of the soil treated with GREEN STAB PAVE®
- formation of the layers
- final compaction with roller.
A precise process designed to create a solid, uniform, and highly performing base.
Stability and sustainability: the final result
The treated surface allowed the passage of very heavy vehicles without any settlement. It was possible to place gravel over the stabilized areas, enabling plant irrigation without the risk of sinking, keeping the wheels clean, and maintaining full environmental respect.
A result that builds trust
The effectiveness of the intervention convinced the TESI GROUP staff, who decided to use additional GREEN WAYS products to stabilize more surfaces within their operational areas.
